Due to hygiene reasons, headphones are non-returnable once opened. Defective items can be exchanged for the exact same model for 30 days from purchase date.
Warranty service for Razer products is covered by Linke Computer for the first thirty (30) days after sale. The remainder of the two (2) year warranty is handled directly by Razer.
