Linke Computer provides a 7 day limited warranty on this product. The remainder of the 1 year warranty is provided by the manufacturer. Intel OEM processors are warrantied by Linke Computer for seven (7) days if not purchased with a system or motherboard. Intel Retail Boxed processors have a full 3 year warranty through Intel.
